Prior to starting the company, Julia worked as an Interim Manager specialising in strategic management. Besides working with the team she holds other Executive Directorships and also works for the Princes Trust as a Business Adviser.

James Fallan - Director - Finance Business

James has spent the last 10 years developing Interim Management solutions for finance functions across the UK and Europe prior to which he spent several years in industry. Based in our London office, James has partnered clients ranging from SME's and smaller listed companies through to major PLC's.

Jo Blissett - Director - Interim HR Business

Jo has worked for 13 years in recruitment, with the last 5 years spent specialising in HR recruitment; in particular providing clients with Interim Management solutions. She has worked with clients of all sizes in both the Public and Private sectors to provide Interim HR specialists. Prior to her recruitment career she worked for a number of Global Technical Solutions companies.

Tracy Shuff - Manager - Northern Office

Tracy has worked in the North for over 18 years, 11 of which have been in the Interim Management and the Executive Recruitment market-place. She has both run her own Interim Management company and worked for an Interim provider. She has extensive business knowledge to board level of a variety of sectors.
